Our story
We started DC Staffing Solutions after watching GTA warehouses and plants lose whole shifts waiting on agencies that promised callbacks and never delivered. Our answer was simple: keep a bench of screened, ready workers, answer every call personally, and quote honestly on what we can actually cover.
Today we place drivers, forklift operators, labourers, warehouse teams, office support and cleaning crews with employers from Mississauga to Burlington — on temporary, temp-to-hire, contract and permanent terms.
